RWC BREADCRUMB1

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms apply when you book or use a service from Dr Roadworthy (ABN 73 112 841 247), Approved Inspection Station number 10904, Unit 5, 20 Prospect Place, Park Ridge QLD 4125. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

1. Our services

We provide mobile roadworthy inspections and safety certificates, inspections at our Park Ridge workshop, pre-purchase inspections, log book servicing, mechanical repairs and fleet services. We only inspect the vehicle types our approval from the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) covers.

2. Booking

You can book by phone, through our website, by chat or by message. An AI assistant may take your details first, and our team confirms the booking. Your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation.

Mobile inspections are available within our service area. If your address is outside it, we will tell you before we book.

Sometimes we need to move a booking, for example because of weather, safety or an earlier job running late. We will contact you as soon as we can and offer another time.

If you need to cancel or move your booking, please let us know as soon as you can on 1800 037 792.

3. Mobile inspections

Please have the vehicle at the booked address, parked on a safe, level spot with room to walk around it, and clean enough to inspect. Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there to meet the inspector, with the keys. If the inspector cannot inspect the vehicle safely or properly, we will arrange another time with you.

4. Safety certificates and inspection results

Our approved examiners decide on the condition of the vehicle alone. A safety certificate is issued only if the vehicle passes. We cannot promise a pass before the inspection.

If the vehicle does not pass, we give you a report listing the items that need fixing. If you bring it back for reinspection within 14 days, the reinspection covers those items and is done by the examiner who signed the report. The 14 days start the day after we give you the report. After 14 days, the vehicle needs a new full inspection. How long a safety certificate stays valid is set by TMR, and we can explain it when we issue yours.

5. Prices and payment

Prices shown on our website and ads are starting prices. We confirm your price when you book, including any travel charge for a mobile inspection. Card payments go through our bank’s merchant facility and Square. Payment is due as shown on your invoice.

6. Servicing and repairs

We tell you the price before we start work. If we find something else that needs doing, we ask you before doing it. If we might use refurbished parts, or if the work could affect data stored in the vehicle, we will tell you before we start.

7. Offers

Each offer runs on the terms shown with it and below. Offers cannot be swapped for cash. Unless an offer says otherwise, only one offer applies to each job.

  • Member club, 10% off your first service: for new customers. Join when you book your first service with us, online or by phone, and the 10% comes off that service. One use per customer.
  • 10% off workshop repairs after a roadworthy: if your vehicle does not pass, we take 10% off the repairs listed on the inspection report when you book them with us at our workshop within 14 days of the inspection.

We may end or change an offer. The offer shown on the day you book applies to your booking.

8. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under that law.

9. Reviews

We welcome honest reviews. We do not offer anything in return for a review, and we do not hide reviews based on the rating.

10. Using our website

We keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but it is general information. Your booking confirmation and invoice set out the details of your job. Links to other websites are for your convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

11. Questions and complaints

If something is not right, please tell us first so we can fix it:

If we cannot sort it out, you can contact the Office of Fair Trading Queensland.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you book applies to your booking.
